When customers bring in their own parts for installation, we must confirm compatibility, which can lead to wasted effort if the parts aren't suitable.

Ordering parts through our shop ensures compatibility is verified upfront, saving time and money.
REFUND POLICY
We reserve the right to check all electronic products that are requesting a refund. If an electronic unit such as a remote starter, alarm system, car audio or other similar part is defective, we will replace it at no cost to the customer within the warranty coverage.
Condition of product: Products must be returned in the same condition as sold, with complete original packaging and all included accessories/manuals. Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after purchase are not eligible for returns.
If a customer is not happy with an electronic item purchased and simply wants their money back, they will have ten (10) days from the original purchase/installation date to get a refund. The customer is also responsible to pay the installation/uninstallation fee of $85.00 per hour to have the item uninstalled. The refund will show the installation fee to remove the product. All products that are installed are to be properly checked before leaving the business.
PLEASE NOTE:
No refunds will be given without the original sales invoice and a completed and signed return/refund form. A business check will be issued for the refund. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY!
